To protect our customers from counterfeit products and to avoid any misunderstanding, we hereby state the facts of our cooperation openly and truthfully:
- This website is owned and operated by Changsha Shuguang Audio Equipment Co., Ltd. (长沙暑光音响设备有限公司).
- We have signed the “Electron Tube Factory Network Marketing Management Agreement” with Shuguang Electron Group Co., Ltd. (曙光电子集团有限公司). The agreement term runs from October 9, 2023 to December 31, 2027.
- Under this agreement, the online marketing platforms of Shuguang’s electron tube factory are authorized as a whole to be operated by us, in the name of Shuguang Electron Group. We are therefore entitled to promote Shuguang Electron Group and its Shuguang brand vacuum tubes as its Online Sales Department.
- On Shuguang’s authorized platforms we present and sell only genuine Shuguang factory products. Amplifier products or vacuum tubes of other brands are never promoted through Shuguang’s platforms.
- Part of the agreement is published here in order to prevent infringement and prevent consumers from being misled.

3. Our Own Products — SG Tubes 我们自己的产品
SG tubes are the product of Changsha Shenggu Technology Co., Ltd. (长沙声谷科技有限公司). Every SG tube comes from one of two strictly controlled sources:
- Custom OEM production inside Shuguang Electron Group — tubes built to our own specifications on Shuguang’s production lines; or
- Finished tubes obtained from Shuguang with the Group’s permission, which we then process further ourselves.
What makes SG tubes different is what happens after manufacturing. Each tube goes through our own process chain:
- Burn-in / aging (老炼) — every tube is run in under controlled conditions to stabilize its emission and filter out early failures;
- Automated precision testing (测试) — key parameters are measured on our automatic tube-testing equipment;
- Precision matching (精准配对) — matched pairs and quads are selected by real measured data, not by guesswork;
- Accurate grading (精准分级) — tubes are graded and labeled so that you know exactly what you receive.
